Job Description
Rupeek is hiring Customer Support Executives to deliver exceptional customer service by handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through voice support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Record customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Voice Process, or Contact Center.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Mandatory Language Requirement
Candidates must be fluent in Hindi and English, along with any one of the following regional languages:
Hindi + English + Tamil
Hindi + English + Telugu
Hindi + English + Kannada
Candidates should be able to read, write, and speak all three languages in their selected combination.
