Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Domestic Voice Process)
Location -- Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad
Process -- E-Commerce (Voice Support)
Salary -- Rs. 15500 - 17000 / Month + Benefits
Qualification -- 12th Pass or Above
Job Responsibility --
· Handling basic customer queries related to Ecommerce Products and providing customer resolution.
. Resolve Customer queries through phone Call.
· Providing support to Domestic (Indian) customers
· Willingness to work in Rotational Shift, for females cab is provided in night shift.
. Customer Centric and handle the customer Happily.
. Should be an Immediate joiner within 2 Days.
Should have good knowledge of BPO Industry.
. Able to resolve the customer queries through phone and handle the complaint's politely.
