We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Resume Hubs.

The role involves handling inbound customer calls, providing excellent customer support, and resolving queries and concerns related to BPO services.

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,880
Experience: 0–1 years
Qualification: Graduate
Working Days: 5 days
Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints.

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

• Resolve customer issues using a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with other teams for escalation and resolution of complex issues.

• Meet performance targets related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  

Job Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience can apply.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Willingness to work 5 days a week.

• Candidates with BPO/voice process/customer support experience will be preferred.
