Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Inbound & Outbound Tele caller (Multiple Voice Processes)

Job Requirements:

Education: PUC (12th Pass) or Any Graduate based on the

assigned process.

Languages: Good English combined with regional fluency (Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, or Bengali).

Skills: Clear verbal communication, active listening, and basic computer/typing skills.

Availability: Must be ready to join immediately with all original educational and KYC documents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries or outbound verification/service calls based on process allocation.

Deliver accurate product/service information and resolve grievances promptly.

Maintain call logs, update ticket status, and record interaction details in the CRM system.

Follow established quality parameters, script guidelines, and performance metrics.

Escalate complex or unresolved queries to team leads and support queues.
