Job Title: Inbound Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Bommanahalli, Bengaluru

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,880 / month (Based on AMCAT score)

• Experience: 0 – 6 months (Freshers welcome)

• Work Timings: Rotational shifts (1 PM – 10 PM, 2 PM – 11 PM, 3 PM – 12 AM; 1 PM – 10 PM for females)

• Working Days: 5 Days working | 2 Rotational Weekly Offs

• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Mandatory).

• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in customer support or fresher.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Tamil.

• Good verbal communication, active listening, and basic computer skills.

• Must reside within 2–3 km of the office or be ready to relocate immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer calls efficiently and address inquiries with accurate information.

• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve first-call resolution and high satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM database.

• Follow communication scripts and standard operating guidelines during customer interactions.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams for quick resolution.
