Customer Support Trainee – Role Description

Position: Customer Support Trainee
Department: Customer Support / Operations
Location: Goa / Pan India
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.

• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about products, services and processes.

• Coordinate with the sales, technical and installation teams for customer requirements.

• Maintain customer records, follow-ups and service requests.

• Assist customers with documentation, applications, quotations, payment-related queries and project status.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, payments, installation and commissioning.

• Escalate technical or commercial issues to the concerned senior team member.

• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

• Prepare basic reports and daily follow-up status.

• Learn company products, solar systems, EV products and related customer-support processes.

Eligibility:

• Graduate / Diploma preferred; freshers can apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Konkani/Marathi would be an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge, MS Office and WhatsApp.

• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Training:
The selected candidate will receive practical training on customer handling, solar products, documentation, CRM/follow-up procedures and company processes.
