Role Title: Advisor (Customer Support)
Minimum Educational Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate
Work Experience: 50% fresher & 50% Experienced
Essential Skills: Clear spoken and written communication (basic English, versant 3 or 4 equivalent +
Hindi).

Technical Skills:
1) Primarily in English and Hindi.
a. Computer Literacy: Familiarity with using email, chat tools, and CRM software.
b. Keyboard Skills: Typing and data entry skills 30 WPM with 90% Accuracy
c. Problem solving skills
2) Customer Service Skills:
Active listening to understand customer concerns.
Customer Service Mindset
Patience, empathy, and politeness when dealing with complaints or questions.
Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to quickly resolve customer issues or escalate when needed.
Other Requirements: 6 days working: Ability to work in Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
