Job Description:

Handle customer queries and requests during incoming calls.

Upsell banking products such as:

Debit/Credit card upgrades

EMI conversions on credit card dues

Top-ups on existing loans (Home/Personal)

Insurance offerings

Job Details:

Work Type: Work from Office only

Shifts: 9 hours/day; 6 days/week with rotational weekly offs

Male: 24x7 rotational shifts

Female: Between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM only

Dress Code:

Mon to Fri – Formals

Sat & Sun – Semi-casuals

Candidate Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Additional regional languages are a plus

No MTI or basic understanding – Clear and fluent speech essential

Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
