Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions, coordinate service follow-ups, and support customer satisfaction initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain professional relationships with customers while ensuring smooth coordination with the service team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to service appointments, reminders, and follow-ups.
Conduct service reminder calls and post-service feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Record customer feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns in the system and coordinate with the service team for timely resolution.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service updates and pending cases.
Ensure accurate maintenance of customer database and call records.
Assist the dealership in improving Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance.
Coordinate effectively with Service Advisors and Workshop Teams to provide timely updates to customers.
Deliver professional, courteous, and customer-oriented service at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
HS / Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, tele-calling, or call center roles is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
