Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries, provide effective assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-focused approach. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide effective support.

• Assist customers with account balance inquiries, order status, and payment-related issues, including declined payments.

• Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records.

• Deliver professional, courteous, and empathetic customer service.

• Follow company procedures and maintain service quality standards.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent experience.

• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
