Job Description for Customer Services Executive

· Handling the day-to-day activities of walk-in customers as well as E-mail and phone correspondence.

· Working on the Knowledge CRM portal for service requests raised by customers.

· Knowledge of phone banking customers.

· Part payment and Foreclosure adjustment.

· Female candidates preferred

· Should be comfortable with late sitting on month ends.

Job Description for Operations Executive

· Handling the day-to-day operations activities.

· Pre-post check of disbursement files.

· Login knowledge.

· Knowledge of disbursement for Education Loans, as well as HL, LAP and Institution loans.

· KYC knowledge.

· Male candidates preferred

· Should be comfortable with late sitting on month ends.
