We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent support. The candidate should be polite, patient, and able to communicate clearly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain customer records and follow up when required
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi is a plus)
Basic English Needed
Customer-friendly attitude
