Job Description – Customer Support Executive

📍 Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries and provide effective solutions while ensuring a great customer experience.

Salary:

• ₹16,000 CTC – Hindi Process

• ₹18,000 CTC – English Process

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days Working

• Rotational Shifts

• Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Eligibility:

• Good communication skills in Hindi or English.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
