Position: Customer Support Associate / Sr. Associate

Location: Bengaluru

Band: U1 / U2

Industry: BPO / Customer Support

Salary Bracket (CTC):

• 0–6 Months Experience: ₹3.10 LPA

• 7–23 Months Experience: ₹4.22 LPA

• 24 Months – 48 Months Experience: ₹4.75 LPA

• 48+ Months Experience: ₹4.75 LPA

Eligibility:

• Undergraduate / Graduate can apply

• Freshers & Experienced candidates eligible

• Excellent English communication required

• Basic computer knowledge required

• Customer service mindset

Job Role:

• Handle customer queries via calls
