Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Executive to manage cab booking operations at the airport counter. The candidate will assist passengers in booking cabs, coordinate with drivers, handle customer queries, and ensure smooth passenger movement and an excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers with cab bookings at the airport counter.
Guide customers regarding cab availability, fare details, and routes.
Coordinate with drivers and the dispatch team for timely cab allocation.
Maintain proper queue management and smooth passenger flow.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure accurate data entry and booking updates in the system.
Maintain professionalism and positive customer interaction at all times.
Support operational activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Prior experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or airport operations will be an added advantage.
