Job Title: Counter Executive – Airport Taxi Services
Location: Airport
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Description:
We are hiring a Counter Executive for airport taxi operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling passenger queries, managing taxi bookings, coordinating with drivers, handling payments, and ensuring smooth customer service at the airport counter.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle airport taxi bookings and customer interactions
Coordinate with drivers for vehicle allocation and pickups
Manage customer queries and resolve complaints
Maintain booking records and daily reports
Handle cash/UPI/card payments

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and local Language)
Customer handling experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Willing to work in rotational shifts
