Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.
Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Influences customers to buy or retain products or services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
Coordinating with different external and internal stakeholders
Negotiate/convince customers to onboard. Satisfactorily respond and give answers to the people calling in.
Book appointments of the doctors on the portal.
Call back to the patients in case of rescheduling of appointments.
Give exact information about the various facilities in the hospital.
Handle day-to-day operational activities and tasks, including Administrative/Accounting etc. Client visits face to face
Creating detailed customer care protocol to be followed by all customer care staff
Analyzing customer data and communication to adjust customer care strategy
Training customer care staff on customer service protocol
Building relationships with customer care team members to maximize team productivity
Monitoring customer and staff interactions using client relationship management software
