Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day inquiry accumulation and update the same in the system/software.

Coordinate with respective branches to track and update the status of inquiries.

Prepare and maintain Excel reports for data comparison and analysis.

Coordinate with corporate clients to schedule appointments for senior management.

Communicate with clients to follow up and convert leads.

Ensure timely updates and smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
