Key Responsibilities:

• Track shipments and ensure timely updates are provided to customers.

• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally via email and phone.

• Provide end-to-end updates to customers on the status of their shipment.

• Make and receive both incoming and outgoing calls regarding courier services.

• Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, operations, and delivery) for smooth shipment flow.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

• Resolve complaints quickly and efficiently, escalating when necessary.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.

• Prepare and manage daily reports using Excel (tracking sheets, delivery reports, etc.).

• Follow company guidelines and ensure compliance with service standards.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written Hindi & English)

• Advanced Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Sorting, Reporting)

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently

• Experience in logistics, courier, or related customer service roles (preferred)
