Job Overview

Hiring Customer Support Executives for inbound Voice and Email processes to handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Processes & Salary

· Inbound Voice (Experienced)

· Eligibility: Graduate + Min. 1 year experience

· CTC: ₹22,000 | In-hand: ₹18,000

Inbound Email

Eligibility: Graduate/Undergraduate + Fresher/Experienced

CTC: ₹16,000 | In-hand: ₹13,500

Inbound Voice (Fresher)

· Eligibility: Undergraduate + Fresher/Experienced

· CTC: ₹15,000 | In-hand: ₹12,500

· Shift & Working Days

· Working Days: 6 days/week

· Boys: Rotational shifts

· Girls: Day shift

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound calls/emails

· Resolve customer queries efficiently

Good communication skills
