Customer Care Executive

·         Qualifications: BE/BTech/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree

·         Experience: 0–1-year male candidates

·         Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

·         Location: Bangalore and Chennai

Mandatory Skill required              

•                     Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

•                     Fluency in communication: English & Hindi is must

•                     English & Hindi or Tamil is must, 24/7 shift base job

• Monitoring of critical powered equipment’s remotely 24/7.

• Coordination with customers 24/7

• Handling inbound / outbound telephonic calls.

• Handling escalations 24/7.

• Flexible to work in different
