Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.

Provide information about company services, processes, and products.

Follow up with customers whenever required.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships.

Meet assigned call, follow-up, and performance targets.

Follow company policies and customer service standards.

Requirements

Any degree/diploma.

Good communication skills in

Kannada

English

Telugu,

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle customers politely and patiently.
