 Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to customers/clients

·       Explain services clearly and professionally

·       Handle customer queries and follow-ups

·       Maintain call records and basic reports

·       Coordinate with internal teams when required

 Requirements (Mandatory):

✔ Good communication skills
✔ Willing to work in a professional environment
✔ Formal wear compulsory for interview
