We are hiring an Admissions & Customer Care Executive for our upcoming EV / Future Mobility Training Institute in Lucknow.

The role involves lead generation, student inquiry handling, admission counseling, follow-ups, Excel/CRM record management, and reception/front-desk coordination.

Location: Indira Nagar, Lucknow

Work Mode: Full-time, in-office

Working Days: 6 days/week

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle inbound student inquiries.

Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.

Counsel students, parents, technicians, and working professionals about EV/future mobility courses.

Maintain lead records in Excel/CRM.

Manage reception and front-desk activities.

Coordinate walk-ins, demo sessions, batch updates, and admissions.

Required Skills

Strong Hindi and English communication skills.

Good speaking and writing ability.

Excel knowledge.

Telecalling and follow-up discipline.

Customer-care and sales-oriented mindset.

Professional front-desk behavior.

Preferred Background

Candidates from automobile dealership customer care, education/edtech admissions, training institutes, call centers, telecalling, customer support, or front-desk sales coordination will be preferred.
