📌 Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, email, and website chat

• Respond to product, order, and delivery-related queries

• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for order updates

• Maintain customer records and follow-ups

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

✅ Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)

• Ability to handle multiple conversations professionally

• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

🎓 Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

💰 Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Depending on Interview)

🕒 Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• 6 days working
