We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across prepaid and postpaid services.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle inbound customer queries, provide accurate information, and deliver timely resolutions.

• Service & Troubleshooting: Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and service-related issues specifically concerning prepaid and postpaid telecom services.

• Communication: Maintain professional, polite, and effective communication in English during all customer interactions.

• Guidance & Advocacy: Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate guidance while following process guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.

• Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality assurance during every interaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass or any undergraduate/graduate degree.

• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.

• Language Skills: Good proficiency in English (mandatory) with strong verbal communication skills.

• Core Competencies: Strong customer-handling skills, good problem-solving abilities, and a professional, customer-first approach.

• Work Schedule: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts as per business and process requirements.
