Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Malayalam / Kannada/Telugu Voice Process

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Office-based job)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for domestic voice process in Malayalam, and Kannada languages. This is a non-sales, office-based job where you will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information in your local language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend inbound & outbound calls in Malayalam / Kannada• Understand customer issues and provide correct information• Raise and escalate unresolved queries to senior team• Maintain call logs and customer details in system• Follow call scripts and company guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate• Languages:• Malayalam (for Malayalam role)• Kannada (for Kannada role)• Basic English/Hindi is a plus• Good communication and polite behavior• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills• Freshers and experienced both can apply

Work Timing & Schedule:

• Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM• Sunday Fixed Off / Rotational Weekly Off

Salary & Benefits:
