Role Overview
We are looking to hire articulate and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to manage and convert inbound enquiries received through the website of a premium bath fittings brand. This role is critical in delivering a refined brand experience to prospective customers by understanding their requirements, providing accurate product information, and guiding them through the next steps of the purchase journey.
Fluency in spoken English is mandatory, as the role involves regular interaction with discerning customers who expect high-quality communication and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads generated through the brand website promptly and professionally.
Engage customers through calls, emails, or chat to understand their requirements and intent.
Provide clear and accurate information on product features, applications, pricing range, and availability.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route them to the appropriate sales or channel partners.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
Address basic customer queries, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy.
Adhere to defined service quality benchmarks, response timelines, and communication standards.
Represent the brand’s premium positioning in every customer interaction.
