1 year experience is mandatory in international customer support. with all the documents.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to handle international customers (US/UK/AU processes preferred).
Good listening skills and empathy towards customers.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer service software.
Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process/customer support.
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Handle international customer calls inbound in a professional and courteous manner.
  - Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively within defined TAT.
  - Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
    And the candidate is okay to relocate in bangalore or pune.
