Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls

Understand customer requirements and provide solutions

Capture accurate customer information

Escalate issues to Team Leaders when required

Maintain adherence to SOPs and quality standards

Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers welcome)

Languages: English & Hindi (Intermediate)
