Role: Customer Support Executive
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Shift: Rotational Shifts (8 hours)

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate (mandatory)

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Preferred Location of Candidates:

  • From Vadala to Panvel

  • From Thane to Belapur

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services

• Manage collection process as per company guidelines

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently

• Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance norms

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Skill Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer-oriented approach

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Shift Details

• Female Candidates:

  • Day shift between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Male Candidates:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Salary & Benefits

• Net Salary (Freshers):

  • ₹13,200/- with lunch facility

  • ₹14,400/- without lunch facility
