We are hiring Customer Support Executives for voice and email/chat support. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing correct information, and escalating complex issues to the relevant team when required.
Handle customer calls and email/chat queries
Resolve customer complaints efficiently
Provide accurate information to customers
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
Maintain basic records of customer interactions
Qualification: Minimum qualification as per process
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in shifts
Office Timings: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: As per roster (Working Days week)
