Attend calls from customers & understand their requirements.
After understanding the customer requirement, give them a solution.
If a solution is not sufficient through a phone call, send a query to the hardware or software guy.
Also, if the customer query is about courier status, then let them know & also inform the dispatch team.
Coordination with respective departments depends on customer query.
Handle calls on the IVR system.
Make sure about customer satisfaction.
Quick response to customer
Making a report as suggested by the senior.
Basic greetings skill on the phone.
Other tasks as assigned.
