Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for an International BPO process. Candidates should possess good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries through calls, chat, or email, depending on the process.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.

Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Meet performance and productivity expectations.

Eligibility Criteria:

HSC / Graduates can apply, depending on the process.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome, subject to process requirements.

Good English communication skills are mandatory.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are preferred.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.

International BPO experience preferred for experienced openings.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Salary hike on the last drawn package may be offered to eligible experienced candidates.
