Process: Customer Support Executive (Inbound Voice Process)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Education: HSC/Graduate Freshers or Minimum 6 Months Experience.

Quality: Versant Score 4

Salary:

Fresher – 15,000 Inhand with 18,000 CTC.

Experienced– 18,000 Inhand with 21,000 CTC.

Shifts:

Boys – Day Shift (7AM Till 12AM Any 9 hours Rotational shift).

Females – Day Shift (7 AM Till 9 PM, any 9 hours Rotational Shift).

Weekly Off: 6 days working with 1 Rotational week off.

Rounds of Interview: HR, Operations & Versant.
