Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through voice, email, or chat support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate product and service information
Maintain customer records and update details in the system
Follow company policies and quality standards
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & regional language)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers patiently
Problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
