Amazon ADS CONSULTANT

ABOUT THE ROLE

Grassroots is looking for a driven Ads Consultant to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, drive measurable ROI, and help brands grow through data-backed strategy and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Manage advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)

● Optimize campaigns for performance, ROI and profitability

● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

● Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CTR, impressions, sales and other key metrics

● Conduct audits for e-commerce sellers who do not have dedicated account managers, to identify opportunities and onboard them for advertising solutions

● Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights & recommendations

● Stay updated with advertising policies, best practices and industry trends

● Work closely with internal teams to achieve business goals

REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline

● Fresher or 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing / e-commerce advertising tools & customer-facing roles

● Prior experience in ad selling, tele-sales, customer service or inside sales roles is preferred

● Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms

● Strong understanding of campaign optimization, keyword research & analytics

● Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools is an added advantage

● Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and Hindi
