Position: Customer Care Executive (CCE)

Handle customer queries on chat support for a quick commerce platform, mainly related to orders, refunds, and replacements. Ensure quick resolution, good customer satisfaction, and maintain quality standards.

Handle refund & replacement requests
Maintain quality and accuracy in responses
Provide fast and satisfactory customer support
Eligibility
Graduation/Post-Graduation mandatory
Minimum 6 months experience required
Good English & Hindi communication
Must score 80%+ in process tests
