🔹 Position Details:

• Role: Customer Care Executive (Inbound)

• Working Days: 5 or 6 days working

• Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Flexibility required)

• Week Offs: Rotational Week Offs

• Training: 7 Days (Unpaid)

• Salary: ₹10,000-15,000

• Immediate Joiners Preferred

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Undergraduate and Graduate Both

• Fresher & Experienced both can apply

• Average communication skills (Hindi & English)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries professionally

• Provide accurate information about services & plans

• Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain call records and follow company guidelines

• Upsell/cross-sell services when required

🔹 Skills Required:

• Good verbal communication

• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer-focused approach

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Positive attitude & team player
