We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries related to the Razorpay payment gateway and merchant services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with payment-related queries, transaction issues, account setup, and merchant onboarding.
Provide accurate information regarding Razorpay products and services.
Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
Meet defined productivity and quality metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant customer support experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Knowledge of additional regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, or Gujarati is preferred.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
