Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling & Customer Support Executives to join our team in Ghansoli. The role involves handling customer queries via calls, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a timely manner

• Resolve customer issues effectively and ensure proper follow-up

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Typing speed of minimum 35 WPM (required for email/chat process)

• Basic computer knowledge

Additional Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with fixed shift timing (10 AM – 7 PM)
