Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹29,000 per month

💼 Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for a US International Process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering excellent service.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions via calls (US process)

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

Document customer interactions properly

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Excellent spoken English (mandatory)

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings)
