Fly High Global Services & Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our growing team. If you have good communication skills and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity to start or build your career in the BPO industry.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Respond to customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when required.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.

• Achieve performance targets, including customer satisfaction, call handling time, and first-call resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply)

• Basic Hindi and English communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule

• 6 days working

• Day Shift
