About the Role -

We are seeking a professional, well-spoken female candidate to manage incoming customer queries across Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, and email, and to handle general front-office responsibilities. The role requires excellent written and verbal English, strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to coordinate with staff to ensure tasks are completed.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to customer queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

- Answer incoming phone calls, handle customer requests, and escalate or resolve issues as needed.

- Prepare daily lists of all incoming queries (by channel) and compile a detailed daily report of actions taken and pending items.

- Perform basic office administration: create sales and expense vouchers, enter and update data in Excel, maintain records.

- Delegate routine tasks to staff and follow up to ensure timely completion.

- Maintain general office cleanliness and organization.

- Support other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications

- Female candidate (required).

- Excellent command of written and spoken English.

- Strong communication and customer-service skills; able to reply smartly and professionally.

- Comfortable answering and managing phone calls.

- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience creating sales/expense vouchers.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tables).

- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.

- Proactive, reliable, and presentable for in-office front-facing work.

Experience

- 1–3 years in customer support, front-desk, or office administration preferred.

- Prior experience managing social media or messaging platforms is a plus.

Working Hours & Compensation

- Working hours: 11:30 - 19:00 Mon - Sat

- Compensation: As per industry standards
