Responsible for Client Invoicing

Accountable for Client follow up and reminders

Monitor and track RMA.

Maintain Customer database and feedback

Inventory management on Engineering tools and spares & reconcilation

Follow up on Service reports from engineers , checks and evaluation of service reports and closure

Record keeping for routine repairs and maintenance

Responsible for Employee Welfare and wellness activities.

Responsible for MIS for the Service Desk

Responsible for daily task / job assignment to the service engineers in discussion with the Service Leads

Necessary training and induction to the new entrants related to customer service desk
16
Responsible for maintaining of documents related to service reports and Project hand over documents
