Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Record and update customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain service quality standards and meet response time targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service.
Perform other customer support and administrative tasks as assigned.
