Job Role:
As a Customer Support Executive – Voice Support, you will handle inbound/outbound calls from clients, assist them with queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Strong spoken English, a polite and patient attitude, and a customer-first approach are essential.
Salary & Benefits:
CTC: ₹20,100
ESIC Deduction: ₹350
Transport Deduction: ₹1,600
In-hand Salary: ₹18,150 + ₹4,000 Night Shift Allowance → ₹22,150 total in-hand
