We are looking for Customer Care Executives – Insurance Sales who are confident in communicating with customers and have a passion for sales.

The selected candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, understand customer requirements, explain suitable insurance plans, follow up with interested customers, and convert leads into successful sales.

📌 Key Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Speak with potential and existing customers to understand their insurance requirements.

• Explain insurance products, plans, benefits, coverage, eligibility, and policy features clearly.

• Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer needs.

• Generate sales through effective communication, convincing skills, and regular follow-ups.

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

• Handle customer questions and provide accurate information about insurance products.

• Follow up with interested customers and guide them through the sales process.

• Convert qualified leads into successful policy sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the team.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Coordinate with internal teams wherever required to complete the customer/policy process.

• Ensure a good customer experience throughout the sales journey.

• Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.

• Continuously improve product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
