Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a pure Inbound Voice Process. This is a non-sales, customer service role where candidates will handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests.

Provide accurate information related to products, services, and processes.

Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective resolutions.

Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.

Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Excellent spoken Hindi is mandatory.

Basic English communication and computer knowledge preferred.

Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Shift Details

24×7 Rotational Shifts

Rotational weekly offs.
