Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have fluent English communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide accurate information about products/services

• Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to seniors

• Maintain records of customer interactions

• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up when required

• Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs

Required Skills

• Fluent English (verbal and written is a must)

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel, email, typing)

• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Any graduate/12th pass can apply

• Freshers or up to 1 year of customer service experience preferred
